Thomas did a tremendous job for us. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible experience. Our associate did not show up to the consultation. We had to get another person to stand in for her, who was not prepared. Never heard from our lawyer until the day before the court case was to be heard by the judge. Lawyer barely said a word during the trial and of course we lost-- who wouldn't? Lawyer said she would be in touch to go over other options in the next few days-- never heard back. We called them, just to be told that our lawyer was now on vacation. Never heard a word after that. Do not give these people your money. There are better law offices out there who are way more professional. EDIT so I can respond to King Law below: You don't have me on file because it is under my husband's name.

I hired Thomas on my first and only violent charges with high hopes. Turns out I had a witness that was able to discredit certain lies the victim was telling and Thomas wasn’t interested in defending me. I was slammed with charges, and yes I got no jail time but I have no chance to follow through with court consequences and get the charges lifted like most people are able to. Thomas didn’t want to put the time into my case and would rather please the DA, and he treated me like a criminal.

My husband had a third party custody case handled in Asheville and the attorney went way beyond expectations to make us a priority and also to win our case. I felt like we were in good hands every step of the way and always knew what was going on.

This firm met me at the door with a smile and ready to help! Patrick was honest and gave me excellent advice! He put his team to work on our patent and gave me the sense that he cared about the protection of our products. I highly recommend this firm!

I did not want to leave even one star, but that was my only option. Go elsewhere. This firm is about money only. Do not use. Find a firm that actually cares about their clients, not about money. Unless you are a high dollar client, I suspect you won’t get help. The actual law doesn’t seem to matter.
