The Best Lawyer In Asheville

I was issued a speeding ticket while driving through Asheville North Carolina. Vanessa Mr. Amburgey‘s paralegal was extremely helpful, explain in detail all the procedures and kept me very well informed. I can’t think this firm enough or Vanessa for helping me out. The charges were lowered with no points against my license and a fine. I would definitely use them again if needed to but I hope that will not be the case. I highly recommend this farm. Vanessa you are a gem and I appreciate your professionalism and courtesy in this matter.

Our initial consultation with the Asheville office went very well. We were unable to meet with the Attorney in the first consultation because of an emergency hearing she was at but the assistant was very attentive, had very good feedback and was able to answer questions.

I needed a criminal attorney for Madison County, but I don't live there. I asked a friend to find out who the best criminal defense attorney in the area was and let me know. She lives in Madison County and works in Asheville. She did not personally know of one, but made some inquiries and Mr. Amburgey's name came up more than anyone else. He and his assistant Vanessa took my case, got it dismissed, and I didn't even have to go to court. I was guilty, but it was a really stupid thing more than anything, and I am so appreciative for the work these two did for me. If you need a criminal attorney, this is the only choice.

Andrew Banzhoff has been in charge of my case for about two years after having dealt with a previous associate of the firm that has since left their firm. In my experience with Mr. Banzhoff he has consistently ignored requests for communication and has failed to make contact and discuss what I should expect before court dates. It seems he has made little effort to help my case. Despite trying to contact Mr. Banzhoff many times within the last month, I have only been able to talk to the receptionist who has no limit of reasons why I haven't had the courtesy of a phone call from my attorney.

Excellent experience dealing with Thomas and his firm. Even though it wasnt the best circumstances to meet someone with, it was a very good feeling to be dealt with in such a respectful professional manner. His courtroom presence and non verbal cues worked well to make me feel confident throughout the entire endeavor. I highly recommend working with this firm for anything you need in the Ashville area.
