James Minick was outstanding. Him and his paralegal Stephanie made a terrible process calm. While I had my first real “appearance” in court and had stressed for months, James was calm, easygoing and very helpful. He knows Asheville and he knows the law and when you have someone that’s all those things it gets pretty easy to turn a bad encounter/mistake with the system, into just a process you have to get past and get on with your life.
