Words can’t adequately express how thankful we are for Lakota and his team. On Oct 28 2022, another driver turned left, directly into my path. I sustained multiple neck fractures, long-term lower spine injury, and a host of severe soft tissue injuries. During my 6 day hospitalization, the other driver’s insurance company called my wife’s cell phone, while we were in the Trauma Tower, attempting to pressure us into signing release forms. Once we were home, my wife began researching attorneys and, based on stellar reviews, we chose Lakota to represent us. From that moment on, we were able to focus on my healing, with very minimal interaction with providers’ billing, etc. Every invoice went to the law office and was handled there. After 18 months, we have settled with the other insurance company. Thanks to Lakota’s dedication and expertise, we were able to receive the other driver’s full coverage amount, ensuring my future medical needs to be met. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
