Initial interaction was not helpful, BUT I am updating my review to 4 stars. The next day I received a call from Fernando who took the time to explain my options and their role as well as the miscommunication. He directly represented the good word and great things I had heard about this law firm.

I really appreciated the Lanier Law Group when I had a claim that was denied by insurance. They assign you a paralegal and they are like your direct contact person for updates and such. Mine was Lindsay Chriscoe and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions well and followed up every time there was an update. I was grateful and impressed that you could get service like that with a larger law firm.

Labor law group handled an auto accident for me, they were diligent and thorough in their work. I felt like they had my back from the moment I walked in for a consultation. Jason Moody was my case worker and I highly recommend him. He made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and was easy to get ahold of when I needed answers to questions. Staff was quick to respond to phone call. My questions were answered honestly and timelines explained well.
