They never returned calls.

Terrible customer service over the phone. The lady was short and ill mannered. Very inpatient about answering simple questions.

My lawyer quit the firm and I was never notified about it. And now my case is at a standstill while my doctor bills go up. I call and leave messages and nobody calls me back. Starting to believe I'm going to end up paying out of my pocket for getting hit by a car while standing in a parking space. Do yourselves a favor and just order stuff online. Worse thing that can happen is the delivery driver runs over your mailbox
