This man is a wizard. I had a speeding ticket for 34 over - he got it reduced to 14 over saving me my job and insurance.

Hired Mr. Dillin to represent me on a speeding charge in Buncombe County District Court. Being from out of state I did not know how process worked but Scott handled everything, I prepaid online and case was dismissed on the court date. Thankful to have hired Mr. Dillan for this situation.

I live in utah and had issues in North Carolina. I tried calling the courts and resolving it but they told me I needed to come in. 2200 miles away I decided to call Scott Dillon. Without any problem he took my case and even got both dropped. No fines. No points towards insurance and best part I didn't have to fly back to go to court. I got a call from him the day after I called him. He had already had the whole thing taken care of and I was able to get my license back the next day. Well worth the call and the retainer fee for him. I would have paid 3x that to the court if it wasn't for him. I am so very grateful I called the right man for the job!!!! Thank u Scott Dillon!!!

Scott Dillin and his office staff were prompt in answering calls and following through with information about my court date . My traffic incident could have exposed me unfairly to high fines, and possibly even criminal charges, but Scott was able to get it dismissed. I did not have to appear in court. I felt his fee was fair and in line with the usual and customary legal fees in my area. I definitely would hire him again and recommend him to my friends for similar matters. My insurance rates will not be affected thanks to his effective representation.

He was very straight forward with my situation. What could be done and when he would be working on my situation. He was very communicative about what and how to proceed, and what the possible outcomes were. Joe treats client's so nicely, and how people should be treated. I personally felt like a criminal with the situation I got myself into. Joe assured me I wasn't a criminal or bad person, and found the best solution's to my problems.
