John and his associates were compassionate and considerate throughout my personal injury case. Like any other personal injury lawsuit, it took months to come to a resolution that I felt was fair. While dealing with all of the variables involved in my case, John's knowledge, professionalism and experience made the process less stressful for me and my family. I went to see Mr McCabe a few months ago for assistance with my workers compensation case. I had never met with a lawyer before and was very uneasy about the meeting. From the moment I walked in the door I felt extremely comfortable because of Mr McCabe and his staff. Unfortunately my case is federal and Mr McCabe and his office could not represent me. He could have easily turned me away at that point. Instead he gathered all of my information pertaining to my claim and assured me that he would find a stellar law firm to assist me. He did! In less than a week I was called by a law office asking to assist with my case. I don't know where I would be had it not been for his referral as well as his research on a federal workers compensation law firm to assist with my case. I have recently just been in s very bad accident with my son. He was bruised but I was left with some painful injuries. I lost my car in the accident and was so scared that I would lose my job. I called this firm and they were very compassionate. From day one that they took my case they stayed on it. Every step of the way they kept me informed throughout my healing process. There were things that I didn't understand and felt silly for asking and with no hesitation all my questions were answered. If I could not reach them by phone Gloria would always stay on top of emails within 24 hours. Some lawyers say things in terms we may not understsnd and by not knowing people get themselves in things they didn't see coming. Not this firm they make sure you understand and they break down things for you and make sure you have no questions. They took care of everything and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was told from a friend of mine to use this firm and I'm glad that I did. I don't wish a accident on anyone but if it does happen the law office of John McCabe is the firm to go with. !!!!PLEASE READ!!!!! If you are reading this you are probably where I was almost 4 years ago. A quick reference to my position. I suffered a one-in-a-million injury while working on a piece of equipment for my employer. I ruptured my tricep and caused it to pull chip of bone from its attachment point. They call that a triceps rupture avulsion fracture. That injury later caused me to develop CRPS ( complex regional pain syndrome) from the trauma and compression of the ulnar nerve. CRPS has no cure so this was going to be a challenging case from the start. After countless medicines & procedures( original triceps rupture repair & ulnar nerve decompression, a second ulnar nerve decompression, 4 trigger point injections,5 stellate ganglion blocks, months of physical therapy, and then finally a spinal chord stimulator. Durring all that if I had a problem with getting prescriptions filled, or the claims adjuster dragging there feet or anything all it took was a email or a 5 min conversation. I've always been a do-it-yourself handle things on your own kind of guy and I did that for a bit, I can now say DO NOT TRY THIS ALONE...!!! I highly recommend you do your own due diligence but I feel as a client of mr. McCabe for almost 4 years I can weigh in on his experience as a lawyer. from the moment I sent an online quick form rundown for Mr. McCabe's firm he was there.He called, ask a few more questions got a little more in-depth and was ready to go. He's not going to make some BS false claim to the Moon promise and if any lawyer does run. he'll tell you how it is and won't recommend something just to push it along for his payday. He was perfectly fine representing me forever if no beneficial settlement was offered. Thankfully that's not the case ( anyone out there dealing with workers compensation adjusters ect.. know what I'm saying) If it's not in your best interest he's not going to recommend it. he'll tell you what is and what isn't and listen to what you have to say.He will not recommend something just for a Payday. Over the course of my case we had times I would want to do something or say something in response to the other side (adjuster,employer,defence council) and he would recommend something else and I would feelI angry. 99% of the time his suggestion was right. No matter what the conversation is he will listen explain your/his position but ultimately ends telling you this is your case and how do you want him to proceede. I could go on and on and on and on but if you're reading this you're probably in a tough possibly life-changing part of your life. MAKE THE CALL & protect yourself.
