I can't say enough about John McCabe and his practice. John was brought into my case by another attorney and I'm totally grateful that he did. The first day I met John he instantly made me feel at ease and he took my case very seriously. John is extremely patient with his clients and makes you feel like you are his only client. John helped me settle my case. I was in an automobile accident in which a semi hit my friend and I. I was the passenger in which I took the brunt of the impact. Recently, I overhead the following bits and pieces of a conversation not long ago. Person A: “…such a slime ball… he’s an attorney.” Person B: “Oh, that explains it.” Why is it that we readily associate “slime ball” with attorney, especially a personal injury attorney? I think it’s because we have heard so much about the ambulance chasers, those who fake injury and the attorneys who represent them, and have seen those in-your-face commercials about getting what is “rightfully” yours on TV. I am so grateful that my recent experiences with a personal injury attorney were completely at the positive end of the spectrum. Not long ago, I was involved in a serious cycling accident which left me hospitalized for a total of 10 days. After an examination of my bike, it was believed the accident could have been the result of an assembly issue. I sought the services of John McCabe and his law firm. Not because I thought I had a chance to “get rich” but because I believed, as a person, I deserved the right to be made whole. It was a chance decision to select John. I had nothing to go by but the firms webpage which I found professional and sensible….nothing sensational, vulgar, or vengeful. It was the right decision. From initial consultation to settlement, John and his staff were professional, conscientious, detailed, open, caring, patient, and honest in regards to my case. WOW is all I can say!!! If you are ever in need of an attorney that is professional, brilliant and truly cares about you and your case, you only need to call John McCabe! John was recommended by a friend who happens to also be an attorney. When I asked my friend for a personal injury attorney reference, he advised that if he needed an attorney for personal injury, the only person he would call would be John McCabe!
