I had the privilege of meeting John after I was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident. I was rear ended by a tractor-trailer on interstate 540. Mr. McCabe is an extremely knowledgeable, capable, and brilliant lawyer. I had a stack of medical records that was at least 6 inches tall. When the insurance company's lawyers would say something false, he could pin down the exact medical record to prove them wrong. He's also extremely compassionate and genuine. The process was at times difficult, and he was understanding and supportive. He never left my side during the whole process, and in the end I got a great settlement because of his efforts. I don't think I can ever express my gratitude enough for his efforts on my case. I'm so lucky to have found him!

From the initial contact my husband and I had with John and his team days after we were hit in a head-on collision, to the day we received our final settlement check, John and his team were wonderful to work with. His team was hard working and diligent throughout the entire process, from having professionals reconstruct the accident to acquiring video footage of the crash from a nearby surveillance camera. My husband was hospitalized for a while after the accident, then continued to have several surgeries after being discharged, and John's team couldn't have been more accommodating - making visits to the hospital or our home. Although the period between the accident and final settlement sometimes seemed to take a while, our patience paid off immensely and John was able to secure a MUCH larger settlement than expected.
