Very easy to work with and made the process very simple

Everyone there is very helpful in navigating through the maze of planning for the future.

Carolina Family Estate Planning is a very organized group of caring individuals who make the process of "putting your affairs in order" fairly painless. The paperwork is fairly easy to process as they have streamlined it and do not hesitate to answer your questions. I have recommended this group to a couple of people who stated "they need to do the same thing". My advice, don't wait. This group will make it easy for you.

I called Carolina Family Estate Planning to see if they could help out with my father in laws situation. My Husband dropped off all our documents pertaining to the case, Amanda Keiffer a paralegal or assistant told us that they would review our situation and documents to see if they could help us out first before charging a $500 consultation fee. Amanda Keiffer called back to let us know that they could indeed help us out in our situation and could offer our family help. My husband went in for a consultation with Jackie Bedard, a lawyer with the firm. Well she was obviously not prepared for the consultation, she was constantly looking over the notes her assistant had already written up days prior to our consultation. Jackie Bedard was unsure, unconfident, and incompetent, when being asked questions about guardianship and estate planning. I was left in their consultation room for 20 minutes while she got in her computer to look up another law firm that may be able to help me out. My consultation with Jackie Bedard was the most unprofessional meeting I have ever been to in my life. All the information I left their office with was available on a quick google search. I left their office $500 poorer and with no guidance on what our family should do. I would not recommend hiring Jackie Bedard as she is a mediocre, incompetent lawyer who belongs elsewhere than the company who currently employs her. I wish I could rate their company with less than one star. Do not go to Carolina Family Estate Planning and consult with Jackie Bedard.

My wife and I are exceedingly pleased with the effort the folks at CFEP put into creating our Living Trust. Theirs is not a "once and done" operation, but folks who are dedicated to ensuring that the Trust documents created for you remain up-to-date. We highly recommend Jackie Bedard and her crew.
