All the ladies are very friendly and helpful, phone calls and emails are answered in a timely manner, legal wording and documents are explained in an easy to understand way for those of us not in the legal field, several materials provided in the planning package, everything I needed to do was done conveniently at the one office.

I am writing this review to wholeheartedly recommend Carolina Family Estate Planning. I first contacted them to undo the mess that my 90 year old father had created over the years in creating his estate. He had opened many and various accounts scattered over the years, and it was a daunting task to put them all together. The folks at CFEP not only gave me advice on how to proceed, but came up with a plan to put all of his assets under one umbrella and explain each step in ways that were simple to understand, even for me. They were so on top of their game that I ended up having them plan my estate. My assets are a fraction of my father's and yet I was treated with the same respect and understanding as he was. I have, since completing my estate planning, had questions. Each time that I have called them for advice, they have called me back within hours. They have never been rushed and have gone out of their way to make me feel that I am a valued client.

My daughter found out about CFEP from attending a virtual webinar they hosted. She and I kept putting off the estate planning during the COVID pandemic hoping it would end soon.
