One of their "lawyers", Bryan Sulentic, tried to bully me on behalf of my landlord. He lied about sending me an agreement 2 weeks prior and had excuse after excuse about why I didn't receive it. These guys are bums and give a bad name to lawyers who work hard to defend the constitution. zero stars. If they try and bully you, just ignore it. They're powerless.

this is a sorry excuse for a so called law firm, how are you going to say you can be on a payment plan but you still charging attorney and late fees. That doesn't make good sense but they still ride you about the money you owe. And also you have to pay by cashiers check who has the time to go get a cashiers check when they can just set it up to pay online. I started out with owing 400 dollars and now its up to almost 800 because of the stupid fees they be charging. I am going to report them for these unfair practices.

Would give NO stars if I could. Terrible, terrible company, won’t answer their phone, won’t return phone calls. I paid this via cashiers check like requested, the check was cleared by my bank and I also got a return receipt confirmation of which OF COURSE SHE DIDN'T FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and put date and time received. Working with my HOA manager at my subdivision who is still showing a balance due even through the check was sent beginning of Sept and now they are charging me more fees??!!!!! I paid this, my husband talked to the attorney whose name was on the letter and he told my husband we were all good!!! This is a sorry excuse for a company, just terrible!

When you call they tell you just to email them. From the recording hard to make out what is their email address. No customer service.

Horrible, immoral, uncompassionate group of unprofessional people! Especially Pat...she is terrible. Smart mouthed, unprofessional, condescending, and rude. I find myself asking her in every email to please be professional. Had late HOA fees due to medical reasons and being an uninformed, first time home buyer. Balance was around $400. Made several payments, both to my HOA and to attorneys. Now balance due is $2800+ And that is from late, court and attorney fees! Charleston Management and Brownlee Whitlow make homeownership depressing and sad. I wish I could sell my home just so I wouldn't have to deal with them. Homeownership should be a joyous time, but not with them.

Terrible company who doesn't properly preform due diligence of the task you are paying for. They sent me a copy of covenants & bylaws from our HOA but didn't provide documentation to show that it was preformed in accordance with bylaws which I have obviously already read and understood. It's extremely frustrating for companies to take advantage of people.

I don't ever write reviews on businesses, but this law firm is terrible and that they charge for everything. Late a month with HOA and ended up paying 400+ dollars to the attorney office. Had to pay 400+ only because I overpaid my HOA dues and had a credit or it would have been 500+. The staff Pat was very rude, disrespectful and basically called me a liar! I DON'T AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!! I called and left message for Attorney Todd to call me back and he had a paralegal to return my call and she ended up saying "lets just resolve this matter and move on..." when I asked how things would be handled with Pat since she offended me and disrespected me!!! I keep a RUNNING TAB LITERALLY!!!! DON'T BE LATE BECAUSE YOU WILL OWE THEM A KIDNEY AND YOUR FIRST BORN CHILD!!!!!

Horrific! I was late on HOA due to loss of job! I owed 110.00 in dues and they charged me 539.00 in attorney fees! Said I was four days late, so they filed for lien and foreclosure for 15.00! Now they want another 500.00! I tried to call, and recieved no documents to my court date! Registered , Certified, sheriff..Not TO me!

I have closed hundreds of transactions with Norm and his team. Norm has handled numerous other real estate related issues for my companies and is a wealth of knowledge. Best real estate attorney in the triangle hands down. I have been his client for close to ten years. Josh
