Three years ago I was involved in a terrible automobile accident. I underwent two surgeries as a result of my injuries. I was referred to Mr. Maurer by another attorney. I met with Mr. Maurer and his staff to discuss my case. Mr. Maurer explained the process in great detail. His communication was outstanding, always making himself available to answer my questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained his strategy and provided frequent status updates. Additionally, the entire Maurer law office staff was a pleasure to work with. Ultimately, I received a settlement that was beyond my expectations. Excellent service; the support provided was professional, all correspondence was quick but thorough, and my speeding ticket was reduced to an improper equipment finding. My daughter (19 years old) received her second speeding ticket within 3+ months of her first one. I was pulled for an alleged reckless driving ticket a few months back. As soon as I got into contact with Wiley and his firm, my worries were over. They were great at communication, and also went through the trouble of obtaining my previous driving record, free of charge. Over the next few months, the team attended my court dates, and eventually, got my ticket reduced down to a non-misdemeanor speed. Quite possibly the best outcome I could have asked for. Accumulated a substantial amount of speeding tickets. Caused my license to get suspended. Eventually revoked. They were able to dismiss all my tickets and get my license back. Very professional. Definitely will recommend to others.

On 2/18/17 my wife and I were involved in a serious head-on collision in Raleigh, NC which was totally the other persons fault. We were both in intensive care for a week. Though we were both injured, my wife had multiple broken bones and required 4 separate surgeries. We had never been involved in anything like this before and it became clear that we would need a lawyer to handle things. From her hospital bed my wife accessed the internet looking for guidance on finding a lawyer. I received a speeding citation the day after Thanksgiving on my way home from visiting my mom. I believe I was 19 over the speed limit, and this was not my first speeding violation of the yr. I was initially told by one lawyers that due to the fact this is my 2nd violation in the yr, it would be very difficult to get this violation reduced. I was bummed, but guilty because I was flying, and willing to accept the points on my license and increase in insurance. No later than the day after my court date, I received a phone call at work with someone stating that my citation was reduced to an "improper equipment", and there should not be any increases to my car insurance. These folks are wonderful and I recommend them to anyone in need of help!
