I went into a contract with a builder on November 13, 2020. Part of the deal was to buy from the builder directly without realtor representation. This was a bad decision that led to too many conflicts with the builder. Sammy Naji stepped in and brought this deal to close on April 4, 2020. Sammy's character and personality was outstanding.
