He listened to my concerns, and although he didn't take my case of wrongful death of my father he appointed me to people that can possibly help and/or at least get justice if not a lawsuit. He answered all of my questions and concerns and did not brush me off as others have done prior to speaking to him. Thank you!

I sat on that phone and listened to recording of Mr. Morgan about what happened to his family (his brother), that was the inspiration for him starting the law practice. Then after spending so much time on the phone with the representatives that represent the intake process, reliving the horrible pain and memories of what happened to my Mom, ONLY, to have the intake representative come back and tell me that based on my account of information I shared, (NOT THE MEDICAL RECORDS OR PICTURES OF MY MOMS BODY), I Didn't have a case that they could represent! WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I was truly Disappointed in my experience! I'm NOT even sure they listened to Mr. Morgan's Account of what his family went through with his brother. THERE'S NO WAY THEY LISTENED! GOD WILL SEND A LAW FIRM THAT WILL HELP ME HOLD THOSE THAT ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MOM ACCOUNTABLE! I HAD TO BURY MY MOM! I DON'T GET A DO OVER, BUT I WILL GET RIGHT REPRESENTATION FOR MY MOM! Mr. Morgan when I listened to your recording of your account of your family's experience, I thought I had found the right Firm. IT WAS A PLESENT ONVERSATION I EXPLAINED MY CASE TO HER SHE REALLY CONCERED ABOIT MY SITUATION...I'VE BEEN IN PRAYERS SINCE OUR CONVERSATION HOPING THAT MS.PHILLIPS AND THE CREW WOULD TAKE ON MY CASE...IM LOOKING FOREARD WORKING WITH THE TEAM.....P.S. I am disappointed in my overall experience. First I was consulted with a person who could barely speak English and I had trouble understanding her. Then I never actually was able to speak to an attorney to discuss the case. Very disappointing. Would not recommend

I was very attentive and listening and repeating the information so I know that he heard me accurately very patient with me answering the question that he asked
