Engaged Icard Law in July 2024 for a frivolous speeding ticket and a completely baseless 'consuming while below 21' citation for my son who had not consumed anything when he was driving. Brad Icard and his assistant Amy Eller were very responsive and I was impressed to learn that Amy has worked with Brad for 20 years, and as a firm they only focus on traffic violations. Both Amy and Brad were clearly very knowledgeable about the nuances of the citation and discrepancies in the way the officer wrote the ticket. My son did not have to appear in court and Brad handled the case quickly and efficiently, with the speeding ticket dismissed and a PJC (Prayer for Judgment Continued) issued for the other charge, resulting in no licence suspension, points, or insurance points. I highly recommend Icard Law for stress-free handling of traffic citations.
