Long but beware**** Was disappointed in quality of service I received for the Icard's representing me on a driving ticket...cited for running a red light that was yellow in a 45. Saw a parked cop car in plain sight (Bush), passing him before the light changed, going through it and stopping at the next red light. Watched Officer Bush pull out of a parking lot (lights and sirens) having to wait for traffic to stop, bc he had the red 🙄. I was waiting at my newly turned green because he pulled up behind me. When he approached me, he yelled red means stop and stared at me.... I stared back. Then asked me for my info to check. Was back in minutes, handed me the ticket (I was confused on what it was...haven't been pulled over or cited in 18yrs). Guess my confusion and not trying to leave prompted him to explain how he pushed my court date back a month and recommended to call the DA about getting it lowered after telling me my court date... never once said what the ticket was for. Had to park to read the sheet of paper and see what the citation was. I called the Icard's (from a referral) the day after receiving it, we spoke about what happened and paid my fee for them to rep me. Months later, the court date came and went with no updates or feedback. I called and left messages for almost 2 weeks (was told the receptionist was out, sorry) without a call back. Pretended to need new representation and (boom, you guessed it) spoke with someone THAT DAY!!! Was told the offensive was lowered to a non moving violation with a higher fee. Then I asked what evidence did officer show because, again, my light was yellow. I was politely told that the fee I paid wasn't for the representation I wanted. If i wanted to fight it, the cost would have been more. 1. Silly me for not knowing that was an option (2nd ticket in 20 yrs of driving) 2. When I said I didn't do it and wanted it dropped, why not mention that higher-priced fee🤔 before taking my $255 to rep me? Law firm is a joke, I guess if you need help with lessening something you actually are guilty of, use them, bc they will not fight to clear your name.... at least not with traffic tickets

Brad Icard and his team are professional, efficient and responsive. He handled my speeding ticket issue from beginning to end, which was a huge relief for me, and not only saved me money but also unneeded stress!
