Ive previously worked with mr Michener when the firm was downer Walter and Michener. I came into the new office in July for a wreck I had been in.The communication with the representatives I was working with was not the best. I called on several occasions with questions and left messages and was told messages were also left for the reps I worked with (David and Crystal) but never received any calls back. When the other insurance company had settled in late October I came into the office to review everything. I was highly disappointed with the amount and never was able to discuss with anybody how much this wreck had affected my life (paying a deductible to get my car fixed being without a vehicle for months and the emotional damage caused). On top of that I was told by Mr.Michener if I settled up; in ten days I would be compensated and I had to wait over two weeks again unclear information provided. I don’t believe I will be doing business with them moving forward things are not the same!

My chiropractor referred me to this law office and when I met with the lawyer and gave the details of my accident. He basically said we was wasting his time . He was rude and stated that he couldn’t help me and immediately said let me escort you and you family out the back. No have a nice day or anything I was shocked that I encountered this treatment. Me and my husband was super embarrassed as other looked at this happen and no one spoke up at all. Will never use this office again. This isn’t a way to treat people

Excellent attorneys at this law firm. I am thankfully not familiar with this process as I have not had many injuries of this magnitude in my life. Because of this, I was not sure what all the process would entail. I didn’t understand the wait time. Made getting compensation for my car wreck easy and quick!!

They don’t return phone calls. Car is still damaged from accident they are not doing a thing about it. I call them and they are “on a call” or ”not in the office”. Mr. Mitcheber hung up the phone when he said “I will call you back” and I told him “I’ve been waiting two weeks” his response “I’m not in the office there is nothing I can do” click hung up the phone. Mind you he called me when he wasn’t in the office to get my business.
