I hope to change my review really soon seems as though I've been waiting 5 months my wreck happened December 18th If it's not Sedgwick claims taking longer than what they needed to to respond to me I still haven't even received a rental car My vehicle has stopped and I have to go to my doctor's office because it is a medical emergency, I'm extremely frustrated because I feel like I'm being ping ponged right now I've been out of work my vehicle does not run at all when I took it to a hundred dealership they explained to me that if the car was involved in a wreck and I explained to them that it was was a result of it stopping this law firm was given to me by estromonte chiropractic by way of the best physician that I know Mr Nick chapell It's really frustrating I need a interview so that I can go to my doctor's office to set up my surgery Hopefully I can be like one of the other clients and bring my review to a five-star but my review will be honest. As of 6/21: Updated news: David I love you so much I didn't know the stress or the irritation due to lack of communication with the participating party, gaining further knowledge that every company has a hammer sir you are him he is you thank you for all of your help as we have been corresponding through all of this I know that it has been slightly frustrating waiting for the participating party to correspond with you but as promised you have been a major blessing to my family and I sincerely appreciate you as a business associate partner friend ally etc the car is expected to be repaired and roughly 1 to 3 days maybe sooner I definitely give my review David is definitely the man to work with he just has a way with the room as all hammers do God bless you both and your company"! When you first walk in, make sure they see you by making eye contact and get there attention. If not they may not even know your standing there. They just relocated to this new location so bare with them. Mitchener IS EXTREAMLY kind!!!

I would not recommend Mitchenerlaw to anyone. My case been in their office since October 2019. The other party died last year and I notified them. I was told my case was still moving forward. I’ve been in contact with them barely and had my case manager introduce her self over 3xs in a 3 month span. Everytime I talk to her she says “Hi, I’m Daniella your new case manager. This is the first time I’m seeing your file. Give me a few moments to review.” She never calls back nor send an email. I call her and she says “O I need to talk to Mr. Mitchener. I wasn’t aware of any damages done to the inside of your car” 🥴😡 Now I’m being told that he lost all my photos and documents for my property damage… and unfortunately they can’t move forward unless I can reproduce what was already provided 2 years ago. No ma’am that sounds like a personal issue. Looks like y’all gone be personally cutting me a check for the property damage. 🥴 Letting them handle my case was a H U G E mistake. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to wait until Monday to sign a release with Mr. Mitchener (who is NEVER in office or available to speak with) and get my case closed elsewhere. This place is of no assistance. Just a headache and time wasted.
