Would like to thank the folks at Jetton & Meredith for handling a recent traffic citation for me with great results. More Importantly, I was recently in a car accident where the other driver was at fault and running a stop sign and totaling my car. Mark handled my case and did a fine job negotiating the best possible settlement. I want to especially single out Chera Pardue, did an absolutely fantastic job over many months, keeping me in the loop, coordinating communication with the insurance companies, and always following up with me promptly. She is a tremendous asset to her firm and a joy to deal with! I wholeheartedly recommend using these folks, and if you’re lucky enough to have Chera work with you, I know you will be absolutely thrilled with her professionalism and service!!

I have had a great experience with Mark and Shaefer. I’ve had this speeding ticket pending for almost three years and I get a phone call to come into court one day. I went down there and was walked into the courtroom by Shaefer. After signing in, Shaefer did his magic and took me out to discuss and told me I’m free to go home and the case was dismissed. This was money well spent. I would totally recommend these guys. They know what they are doing. Mark even though runs the place still provides great customer service and makes sure his customers are taken care of, walked to find me and made sure I was taken care of on the day of court. Truly the best law firm in the Charlotte area. I hired Shaefer Shepard for an extremely difficult speeding ticket. As an attorney myself, my expectations for a favorable outcome were low. Jetton and Meredith are the real deal!! They will fight till the end to make sure you get what you deserve!! Mark Jetton was our lawyer and Chera, they are experts at dealing with insurance companies and personal injury situations which is what we needed. After our car accident we faired better than our friends that used one of the law groups that have commercials . They saw how hard Jetton and Chera fought for us and got us much more money than them. They now wish they had used Jetton and Meredith!!
