I had really high hopes when my spouse decided to go with Jetton and Meredith last year. Their highly rated reviews pulled us in. My spouse ended up with Mr.Cannady and unfortunately, the communication was absolutely horrendous. He eventually stopped talking to my husband and we still don’t understand why. I tried to call twice and left a voicemail for Mr. Cannady (this was in November 2023) to please call me back just so I could understand what was going on and why we could never meet. I never received a call back. My spouse called the office not long after me (again, this was in November 2023) and stated that Mr. Cannady asked him to tell his wife to stop calling the office and that I was rude with his receptionist. Not once was I ever rude. I simply asked if Mr. Cannaday was in the office and that I was going to leave him a voicemail. That was the only communication I had with anyone at this office. After this, I was terrified to even call the office or to even attempt to leave another voicemail. I have been left so confused as to why I have not received one call. If he couldn’t work with my husband, I’d completely understand. The lack of communication was beyond unprofessional. I’m not bashing this practice as a whole, but we did not have the best experience with this attorney.

I just want to say wow! I had two separate tickets that I brought to Mark expecting to have to do some kind of driving school or points to my record. But no Mark is like a magician one minute you it’s there the next gone. I can’t express how happy I am that I chose Mark to represent me in both cases. These guys go to bat for their clients. Mark Jetton and Shaefer Shepard guided me through the processes of dealing with a bad speeding charge, making it much less intimidating. They informed me of all of my options and provided their opinions without pressuring me to take it to trial. I did decide to take it to trial and Mark got all of the charges dismissed.
