When I called the office to ask for assistance creating a Will, I was kindly greeted and given a convenient appointment. When my husband and I met with Frances, we immediately felt comfortable, and could tell we were in good hands. She asked important questions in a clear and respectful manner, and handled all of our questions the same way. Within the week, we received an email containing drafts of our documents for our review. We then made an appointment to sign them after any needed changes were made or further questions were answered.
