I would like to just take a moment to thank Mark, Tim and the entire team at Jetton & Meredith for their exceptional support and help with our case. Mark and team helped me and my family through a very difficult and unnecessary situation through to a positive and justified dismissal. The consistent communication, counsel and just being there all the time (no matter the day or time) was exceptional and so very appreciated. Even the interests, discussions and communications on unrelated personal matters related to family is an example of the firm just providing the extra effort of “caring”. When I was struck by a drunk driver as a pedestrian earlier this year, the insurance company tried to offer me close to nothing, even with a permanent injury! From when I first met with Mark Jetton I knew I was in good hands. Tim Cannady within his firm took my case and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable from the first time he called to ensure me we were going to be ok! Cannady ALWAYS called days before trial dates, he called on Sunday’s for important updates and communicate quickly through emails as well! He never dropped the ball! When my Grandmother passed away, a friend referred us to Knox Law, Denver NC. My Mother is hesitant around new people, so she asked me to set up and attend the appointment. The office was warm and welcoming. From the time we sat down with Mrs. Knox (call me Frances) we were immediately put at ease. I only attended that one appointment and after that my Mother was confident to go by herself. To the point where she told me she was going just to drop off a homemade cheeseball. For my family, that’s huge, as my Mother doesn’t take to people so easily. I appreciate all they did for us and for treating us so gently in those first few days after Nanny passed.
