I cannot say enough wonderful things about Attorney Mark Jetton. I came to Mark with a “Hail Mary” after being summoned, and had to work with an attorney virtually until the day of the hearing. Mark jumped in immediately and worked my case while I was away. He was very responsive and put my mind at ease ahead of the hearing. Even in his rare absence, another attorney was handling my case with the same professionalism. When I met him on the day of the hearing, he had everything filed and ready to go. The firm staff was prompt and professional. During the hearing, Mark navigated the case seamlessly and demonstrated his expertise while cross examining the plaintiff. Interesting meet with these guys. I hired an attorney and he was appointed judge passing the case to a colleague at this firm. Took some doing, but we got acquainted and he got rolling immediately, got me released off house arrest able to go back to my home state which is 300 miles away from where I caught the case, while fighting the case. 2 yrs later I get a call about compensation which was heftier then expected and given the nature of my situation. But none the less we kept in touch and I kept praying and saving what I had. God used Mr Timothy Cannady As A Vessel For Me. He Called And Asked For a Much Reasonable Offer While Also Noting The cAse is over. I thank God for these guys and my second chance at life. In March of 2023 I encountered a set of horrific circumstances that landed themselves at my feet. Being accused of something is a terrible thing but the threat of losing everything you have worked so hard for family, job and your sense of self-worth is even worse. However, I have a lot of faith and that faith led me to Tim Cannady with Jetton & Meredith. Mr. Cannady not only called me back immediately but he also met with me that day. He listened to my situation with understanding and compassion and he immediately went to work. Upon our first meeting Mr. Cannady made sure I understood that we were a team and that he was by my side all the way. Honestly, my relationship with Mr. Cannady became more of one like family than attorney/client. No matter when I reached out to him via phone, text or email he always responded immediately and he was always honest and upfront with me. I never worried about my situation or the outcome after starting to work with Mr. Cannady as I knew he would get the best resolution. To be honest this was probably one of the worst situations I have gone through in my life and today I would not have wanted anyone other than Mr. Cannady by my side.
