Mark absolutely killed it in court, I was very confident with him since day one, the first question I asked him when I was seeking representation is “are you the best there is for CDV” he replied “yes I am”, and he did not disappoint, I was found not guilty, this is the only lawyer I will ever recommend or use again in mecklenburg county.

Jetton &. Meredith, and specifically, Tim Cannady, represented me in a DUI/reckless driving case. My BAC came back over the legal limit and this happened in Gaston County (worst place possible). I paid a pretty penny for their services (who wants a cheap lawyer) but Tim got the case DISMISSED! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and didn’t cut corners. Frances helped us with our estate planning and made it a seamless and easy process. She made sure to explain to us how to handle other items as well (Life Insurance, Bank Accounts, etc) so that settling our affairs for our heirs would not be a complicated process.
