Mark Jetton was phenomenal with how he handled my son's case, and was able to get his charge of (failure to reduce speed) dismissed. This was the best outcome in the judicial system. Mark was so professional and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the law. He exceeded my expectations as my attorney and his follow through was extraordinary. Mark Jetton is a fantastic attorney. I am relatively new to Charlotte and did not know who to turn to when I got into legal trouble. After calling a few other attorneys, my prospects looked bleak, it looked like the best option was going to be an intensive probation for 2-4 years or worse. I called Mark’s office and got an appointment with him the next day and he thought he might be able to do a little better. I was apprehensive at first because the price was a bit higher than others but I figured, you pay for what you get. That maxim held true and more. One year later, with his help, we were given an offer of Twelve months of unsupervised probation and dismissal after the twelve months with the ability for expungement. This offer allows me to visit my family out of state, keep my employment, and gave me the opportunity to do a treatment plan I thought was right for me, not what the court said was right for me in addition to being able to have a clean record again. I can not offer enough praise for what Mark and his team were able to do for me. Someone was always able to answer the phone if I had a question or discuss the case. Hopefully, I never have legal issues again but if I do or if I ever need a lawyer again but if I do, I know where to turn. I do not believe any one else would have been able to do what he did under my circumstances. 5/5 stars Colin L.
