Over a year ago I was involved in an accident and charged with a DWI. I had recently moved to Charlotte with no representation. I was issued a dwi in Cabarrus County NC. I talked to several lawyers before deciding to hire Mark. Everyone I talked to told me the same thing Cabarrus County is an almost impossible county to win a dwi case in they prosecute everything and have a really high conviction rate. The reason I chose Mark was he was very confident a lot more confident than the other lawyers I talked too. Mark did acknowledge how hard it was to win a dwi case in Cabarrus County but he had so much confidence he really convinced me that he would fight harder than anyone else to win my case. To make a long story short I was sitting in a parked vehicle outside of a bar keys in ignition and engine running (yes of your engine is running and the car is in Park you can be charged with dwi/dui) An officer pulled up behind me approached my window asked what I was doing and asked had I had anything to drink. I replied that I had a few beers but that I was about to go back inside I was just sitting in my car sending some text messages. The officer informed me that I wasn’t going back inside and I was going to do a field sobriety test for him. I complied and I felt that I did really well on the tests. The officer was behaving unprofessional from the moment he approached my car. I was becoming annoyed by what I thought was harassment from this officer. So when I finished the tests the officer told me that I was going to take a breathalyzer. At that moment I was so annoyed by this guy I informed him I would not take a breathalyzer. The officer said if I didn’t take it than he would arrest me. I told him I’m done complying with your orders so do whatever it is u have to do. So we went to jail he tried once more to get me to take a breathalyzer and my response was the same. The officer told me he would get a search warrant that would allow him to take a blood sample at the hospital so they could test my BAC level. At this point I said I would like to speak with a lawyer the officer gave me a telephone book to find a lawyer to talk too. After calling a few numbers from the yellow pages I said no one is answering because it’s 11:30 at night. The officer responded that that was not his problem. Since I couldn’t talk to a lawyer I told the officer that I would not take a breathalyzer so he got the warrant and took me to the hospital. When we got back to the jail they let me check myself out. The whole court process took about a year and three months. Mark always told me what to expect before I went to court which was approx every 3 months. When my court date finally arrived Mark won my case before I even had a chance to testify. I mean I can’t say enough good things about Mark Jeton. If you are facing a dui/dwi Mark is definitely someone you want on your side. Each dwi case comes with its own unique set of Circumstances and not everyone can beat their charges. However if you are faced with a serious charge as I was than you need Mark by your side fighting for you. Thank you very much Mark you did an excellent job. One last thing a dwi case can get very expensive Marks rate to fight my case was very very competitive. Money well spent.

Mark Jetton has an amazing practice and staff! I believe the police officer decided the day he pulled me over he was going to throw the book at me. I am no angel and I have had a few speeding tickets in my day. I, normally have gone to court and paid a reduced fine. I thought I was doing the same for these tickets but the judge wanted to threaten me with huge fines and potential jail time. They told me I had to come back and speak in front of another judge only this time it was upstairs! Right after court, I immediately called Mark Jetton's office and they put me at ease. I didn't have to go back to court and Mark got everything reduced or thrown out. Don't know how he did it. Amazing experience, worth every penny!!! If you have a court issue, Mark Jetton is definitely worth a call!

I received a speeding ticket for going 86 in a 70. I was totally freaked out. I had never received any type of ticket before then.
