I have not personally used this law firm for business, however, I do know one of the attorneys. Kelsey Queen is an attorney here and I know her to be an honest, trustworthy and loyal person. She will fight and do what is in the best interest for her client. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you and your family please give Kelsey Queen a call.

IF zero was an option, I would have given that. I retained what I thought was a good attorney based on referral of a personal friend. She is very nice and seemed to be great. She was ill when I retained her, which I understood and she advised me that she was still going to be there for her clients, etc. So I didn't run to another office when she told me that, I stayed and paid a $3,000.00 retainer after my consultation fee. What I wasn't told is that I would be double charged for 2 attorneys time when we didn't even do anything - didn't go to court, drafted 1 document and they couldn't serve him because they couldn't find him. I got the police reports, I did a lot of the upfront work. Then, I get a call from the "office manager" that claims they "forgot" to get my credit card for services - well I wasn't worried because I stopped all the proceedings and said surely I haven't burnt through the retainer and they should owe me a credit - once I got him to sign for me to sell the home, I was going to move forward. Oh no, they sent me a bill for another $1,800.00 for nothing!! You better have deep pockets for this firm. The attorney was nice and I felt really bad she was ill, but I'm not here to throw away my money either. The office manager, she was very rude. Today, I received a letter stating I owed $1,833.00 but they would settle for $1,000.00. Are you kidding me?? I get how it works, it's hours but we didn't burn $3,000.00 in hours. Do yourself a favor and check out other firms. Wish I had done the same. It's costing me to start all over with another attorney because I refuse to get taken advantage of. That's not ok. We didn't go to court, this was a matter of 1 week of nothing and $4,833.00 worth of hours? No I don't think so. Be very careful and do your research.
