Our petition for guardianship of parents was extremely time sensitive. Mark listened, directed and expedited our case and obtained a hearing for us within a window of 11 days. Mark reviewed two extremely large medical files on parents and found every thread of medical comments that was necessary to expediently obtain permanent guardianship at the very first hearing. His demeanor was amazing. His conversational skills with the mediator, other attorneys and all present was direct and extremely professional.
