Whoever answers the phone is the most disrespectful, noncaring, and unprofessional person I've ever spoken to. She knows absolutely nothing about customer service and even less about how to do her own job. You will not hear from these people until the very last minute they will do absolutely nothing. They want to get people in and out as fast as possible like cattle without actually doing any work. As a lawyer's secretary one of your main jobs is to ask people questions and take down their answers, she couldn't even do that without giving me attitude because my answers were too long. She got so frustrated that she completely skipped the line of questioning she was asked me and went on to the next set. I made her go back and go over the questions properly and do her job correctly before I told her how rude she was and that she needed to have somebody else call me back. I don't know any other employees that work there but it doesn't matter because that one woman who answers the phone has made that company a complete disaster and an embarrassment.
