Good about keeping in touch this far.. they were pretty quick to file my appeal as well

David Lund took my husband's case when no one would touch it. My husband is young (late '30s when he filed) and has a rare brain disease. When I say no one would touch it, I mean no one literally. He was transitioning into his own firm, and if it were me, I would not have taken my husband's case due to its rareness, and especially his age. David Lund refused to back down. He fought with a judge that has the highest denial rate in our country not just S.C. He was steadfast, very intuitive, and knowledgeable. He realized that my husband truly needed to be fought for and had the expertise to do so. If you need a determined, honest, hard-working, and good man, you need David Lund and his team. Most people only praise attorney's when they win. This man went on a journey with us and did not give up until he won it. He is above and beyond any lawyer, you could ask for. My husband was dropped by 2 different attorneys before his first appeal. I know in my heart that my husband would never have won if David Lund had not stepped and fought so valiantly. I just hired David Lund as my attorney because I was denied ssdi after a year of waiting. As soon as I was denied by the SSA, Mr. Lund immediately started sending in my appeal information and provided me with the necessary knowledge i needed for my doctor and sent paperwork to me to have my doctor fill out. Best advice ever! My doctor agreed that I had limitations and filled it out favorably. Mr. Lund has sent my paperwork in to SSA and I feel confident that he will help me win after reading the amazing reviews! This is such a long grueling process for someone in my situation with children & no income. Idk what or how to feel right now. I retained this attorney, but im having to call back to back and im honestly so upset right now.....i shouldnt have to chase them down to find out information about my case. I have yet to discuss my reconsideration/appeal with anyone. Ive called twice only to speak to "Sarah" who isnt helpful at all. System is down one day and i ask her to please call me back. Im calling her again today only to be told that she doesnt know what medical evidence was submitted for the appeal.I didnt file the appeal...they did. So if they cant tell me what they submitted on my behalf then um maybe i should move on. Sarah seems lost. No help at all. Cant answer any questions about the ssdi process..Cant tell me anything except that i clearly did not receive anything from ssa when i know i did. I felt like i was talking to a teenager rather than a paralegal or legal assistant. So many questions yet so little answers. Im angry rightfully. Im venting here. I hope that maybe i will spark up a call from the right person like maybe an attty?uugghh....i just got out the hospital with pneumonia and feel this is detrimental to my case. Sarah doesnt reassure me in any way that my hospital stay will be sent in. I want to know what i can do to get more medical evidence in. Am i wrong for wanting a call to inform me of what i should do or what i can do to strengthen my case? Sarah just sits there and says nothing...makes me feel stupid. Yes Im angry. We shall see what evolves. Smh

Thank you Mr. David Lund and his team, David was very attentive when it came down to my case, he was there every step of the way. Any questions I had, he was always a call or email away. Very humble and a breath of fresh air. It was a very long process but he always was there to ensure me to hold on tight and WE will get through it together. And yes he got US through it..
