We hired David Driscoll to represent our son for a traffic charge of reckless driving, and he worked with several DAs to get his charge lowered and eventually dropped. He was persistent and continued to pursue justice until we got the best result possible. He is an excellent attorney and seems to really care about his clients. He took time to answer questions on the phone and ease our concerns. We hope to never need another attorney, but if we do, we know who to call.

David helped me figure out how long until I could get my felony expunged. I thought it was this year, but I have to wait a couple more. He told me everything I need to know while every other lawyer I talked to gave me the run around while trying to charge me a lot of money just to even find out what he told me in about 5 minutes. I’ll be back when I’m up for expunction.
