They did a great job for me on a ticket my son got after an accident. Due to delays in the court system, the case was continued 3 times. If we had to deal with it ourselves, it would have taken countless hours and a great deal of mental stress. I didn't have to personally handle any of that. I couldn't ask for better service. They took care of everything and always kept me informed along the way. Everyone I spoke to at the office was patient and courteous. In the end...almost a year after the accident (once again, court system delays) RTS got the ticket dismissed. To make a long recommendation short, Do not try to do this yourself. Hire these folks to help you out. It's the best money you'll ever spend.
