Hi there! I'm not the kind of person to write reviews but this one is well deserved for Bradley Smith! Had it not been for the amazing reviews I read on here I would have never called him for my DUI/hit and run case. I couldn't be more thankful for all the dedication and support that him and his staff gave me from the beginning to the end of this case. I was so surprised to hear from him the possibility of my outcome (dismissed) but he gave me hope by really digging deep into the details, justifying why even though I do not know all the legal terms and laws, and by explaining exactly what to expect along the way. I became very confident with my decision of choosing Bradley Smith as my lawyer that I didn't have any doubts that this case would end as hoped. I will continue to recommended him to people for cases such as my own. Though the process is long, it is well worth it! Thank you Bradley Smith, you have made a major change in my life and future:)

I recently relocated to Charlotte and was involved in a minor accident where I was at fault. Arnold & Smith took care of everything with one phone call and since I had no priors in the last few years the case was dismissed. They did a great job and I did not have to take time out to go to court!!! I highly recommend the team at Arnold and Smith!

If You are ever charged with a hunting or fishing violation Laura Cobb is the attorney you want.I sent in all of the information i could to help with my case(probably more than i needed to) The courts made an error and issued a warrant against me. Ms Cobb had that corrected the very same day. She was able to get my charges dismissed. Kristia,Ms Cobb's assistant kept me informed along the way and was very pleasant to deal with. I realize that a dismissal isnt always obtainable but this firm WILL work hard to get the best possible outcome. Im glad i picked Arnold and Smith!

I am so glad that I retained Arnold & Smith when I needed an attorney to help me recover unpaid alimony. Lindsey Dasher is absolutely the best! I couldn't be happier with the result Matt & Bree from Arnold & Smith obtained in my family law case. Before retaining the firm, I was with another attorney who closed up shop with virtually no notice. Last year I made a few bad decisions and found myself in need of an attorney. I checked online and found the website for Arnold and Smith. Upon meeting with Brad Smith, I found him to be extremely professional, personable, and respectful of not only my situation, but of me as a person. All staff members were courteous and more than helpful as they sent reminders for court appearances, updates on my case, and all questions I had throughout the process were answered promptly and in layman's terms. In the end, my case was dismissed thanks to Brad and I sincerely recommend him for ANY type of legal issue one may face. Thanks Brad for your hard work and dedication!!!

I can't say enough great things about Matt Arnold and his team. I had a very complicated, high-conflict case which took a lot of time and effort on everyone's part, and I feel like my case was given the time and attention it required. Matt Arnold is a hell of an attorney, and I would go as far as saying one of the best in Charlotte, if not the best. Bree is also amazing. She always took the time to explain things to me in a way that I would understand. This is not a group of your run of the mill attorneys...they are knowledgeable, great at what they do, they care, and they won't put up with BS. Hiring Matt Arnold and his team was the best decision I made.

I followed my divorce attorney to Arnold & Smith from another firm. Tonya Smith made no guarantees or promises or any means of coercion to get me to follow her. She simply let her record stand. It did well. I did not hesitate to follow her to Arnold & Smith. Tonya always held my interest at the foremost. She also kept a keen eye on keeping me on track, for the health of the case and to help curb paying unnecessary fees coving things that were not pertinent to the case. Tonya showed concern and believed my side of the case. Once I hired Tonya, I knew I had a fighting chance. There were many times when I would call her all frazzled and nervous about my divorce. She always knew the legal advice I needed to handle the situation. She always calmed my nerves. Tonya was constantly on the proactive side of the case. She tried to get everything settled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the Cabarrus County Court System was not very conducive to that means. Not to mention the many, many communications through unanswered letters, phone calls, and emails to opposing council. Although this discouraged me, Tonya kept at it. When the situation warranted it, she would hold Opposing Council’s feet to the fire. During my Civil Trial, she picked apart what my ex-wife put together to try to get me to not be able to see my little girl. At the trial, my ex-wife didn’t stand a chance against Tonya. Not only did she make her look like the fool she is, Tonya got my case dismissed. I did my best to follow her advice to the letter. I know I wouldn’t have come through my divorce with what marital property I have, and more importantly, my wits without Tonya. She handled my case with professionalism, integrity, and without having to stoop to the tactics that the Opposing Council used. In short, I believe Tonya to be a rock solid attorney.
