After my car accident, I chose Auger and Auger after going through many reviews of other companies. I was not disappointed. From the beginning, Missy, Arlene's Case Manager, was on point. She communicated with me through the whole process. Arlene worked with the insurance company's and all my medical providers. It was so refreshing not to worry about all the inconveniences that being in a car accident can entail. Arlene is very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Auger and Auger for their personalized service and their great communication with their clients.

I was in a horrible car accident back in June, 2018. It was my car but my friend was driving, I was lucky enough to survive the accident with a broken pelvis bone and cuts and bruises, My friend however did not... I reached out to Auger & Auger after a motor vehicle wreck. At my first appointment, I was surprised to actually meet with Arlene Auger in person! I thought I would meet with a paralegal or assistant. Arlene reassured me that they would take care of all the details and that the phone calls from insurance companies would stop. She did exactly what she said she would do and I had peace and comfort knowing that she had my case under control. She and the case manager Missy kept me abreast of what was happening but did not overburden me with details that I didn't necessarily need to know. I enjoyed my experience with Arlene and her case manager Missy. Throughout my case Missy made it a priority to keep me updated on everything, be thorough, and professional. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Arlene is very nice and has a great bedside manner which is sometimes difficult to find. I would definitely recommend this firm.
