I'm changing my review to 5 because I believe that Auger and Auger do care about their clients and they will do the best they can to provide excellent customer service. To all the clients out there, keep in mind that dealing with insurance company do take time a min of three months. In case Auger and Auger missed to communicate with you on a weekly basis, they are working on your case. :) ---------------- First let me say that getting a settlement is such a long process. It took about a little over 3 months from the date the paperwork was submitted. Although it took so long, I was happy that the office was able to give me a small discount so that I receive more. Arlene was kind enough to offer the discount and asked the chiropractor to lessen their bill as well. Thank you.

Attorney Joshua Madsen was very detailed and helpful in explaining to me about my situation. He could not take my case, but I appreciate him taking the time out to speak with me. If I have any issues in the future,I would definitely contact this law firm again.
