From the moment my daughter and I walked into Brad Smith's office, our fears and worries were alleviated by the manner in which he embraced my problems. He provides free consultations, and even though I am a 50-year-old woman he willingly called my mother in NJ to let her know I was in good hands (I hadn't spoken to my mother in over a year). He even talked her into paying for my rehabilitation. Not only did Brad repair my relationship with my mother, but he changed my life, and kept me out of prison. Although my struggle with addiction and serious legal issues (multiple felony charges) was not easy, Brad paved the road for a very smooth ride to success. He went above and beyond by recommending a rehabilitation facility, and even made a call to reserve a bed for me. I was admitted into the day after my initial consultation. He put my daughter at ease, as she knew this was the first step to a new life for me. I am proud to say at this point I am two years clean of drugs and one year clean of alcohol. Brad kept me out of jail, which is exactly what I hired him for. But in reality, Brad gave me back my life, my happiness, and relationships with my mother and daughters. He has done more for my family, such as taking care of my daughter's speeding ticket, always going above and beyond. I was never treated as a case number. I completely trusted Brad with my life, and I knew I was in good hands. This made sleeping at night possible, versus dwelling constantly on the "what-if." He made me laugh when I needed it, but helped me face the reality of my situation, which was severe. He picked apart my case and looked under every rock, twist, and turn to mitigate the damages. I hope to neither relapse nor need his legal consul in the future; however, I do know he will always be there if I need him. Brad has become a friend, a mentor, and someone who I give credit for guiding me on the right path. After all, the proof is in the results. I got more than my money's worth. Even though you feel you can do it yourself; even though you feel you are in the right; even though you feel you should not have been given the ticket; Don't do it yourself. Hire Arnold & Smith. Laura Cobb and Kristia Bourbonnais were a pleasure to work with and were prompt with answers and details. My fee was less than my ticket would have costed me in court, not to mention the additional cost in points on my license as well as the additional increase in premiums from the insurance company. Laura Cobb had to appear in court twice on my behalf and ultimately the case was dismissed. No additional court cost, no points, no insurance increase. I think they are great. You will too.

I recently was pulled over by a state trooper who must have been bored on a Sunday afternoon. He cited me for following too close, and not wearing a seatbelt. I contacted Arnold & Smith to handle my case and was blown away at how easy they made the whole process. Of the numerous matters that I have allowed Arnold & Smith to assist me with they have been the best. Upfront, honest and most importantly effective in producing the best possible outcome for my situation. Easy to work with and always available to communicate with. I created a fairly complicated mess for Ms Cobb to help me with over a few months. Two speeding violation and a HOV lane violation. Ms. Cobb helped me plead to one speeding violation, while the other two violations were dismissed. Throughout the process Ms. Cobb was a true professional and extremely helpful.
