I called mr Banks Huntley very soon after getting a ticket for speeding and wreckless driving. Mr Huntley told me what he would be able to do for me. He accepted payment over the phone and it was in his hands from that Point forward. I didn’t worry about my ticket because I had a good feeling about him. A few months later he sent me an email stating that my ticket was dropped to an improper equipment, that my wreckless driving was dismissed and that my fines had been paid. He also attached a receipt stating the same thing. Banks Huntley was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s gotten a traffic ticket in Montgomery county. I’m not sure if he handles criminal charges (and I don’t want to find out) but i promise from this point on he will represent me with any legal issues I have in his district. 5 stars
