It was an overall very positive experience. Banks answered the phone himself, very quickly determined he could get my speeding ticket reduced to an improper equipment violation, quoted a full price for his service that was less than others I contacted and took care of everything even before my scheduled court date. I highly recommend him if you get a speeding ticket.
