After not receiving my receipt after making a payment over the phone about 1130 am I called the office just before 5pm. Banks Huntley answered the phone and addressed all issues immediately. My traffic citation was handled without complication as described in the initial conversation, even 2 weeks prior to the court date.

I was super impressed with the ease of taking care of my traffic ticket. I live in another city so it would have been difficult to go to court (my ticket required a court appearance). Banks Huntley represented me in a professional manner and was reasonably priced! It was great to retain them and forget about my upcoming court appearance as I was confident it would be resolved as they stated.
