I never thought it was possible to have a pleasurable experience dealing with a speeding ticket. Banks Huntley delivered in spades. He explained to me how everything would play out. I highly recommend Banks Huntley. I received a ticket in a speed trap area along with multiple other cars when just doing the speed of the follow of traffic. Very frustrating. I reached out to Banks and Huntley and they were able to quickly and efficiently handle the ticket for me. They are professional and very easy to work with

I am so thankful for the Law Offices of Banks Huntley for getting my speeding ticket reduced to an IE! Sometimes, I have a heavy foot and dang! If I got a ticket for every time I got caught speeding.....jeeez.....I wouldn't have a license! hahaha but for real....and I only get speeding tickets when visiting North Carolina for some reason.....hmmmm.....I guess I have learned my lesson and I will slow down while in North Carolina :)

Called and discussed a traffic citation
Was able to pay over the phone and in less than 2 weeks the citation was taken care of with a more than favorable outcome and weeks prior to the actual court date. What a relief to have this taken care of so quickly. Thank you!

The Law office of Banks Huntley did an excellent job of representing me in a recent case. I didn't even have to appear in court. They handled everything and I received a favorable outcome. Even better than I could have imagined. It was well worth the low cost of the attorney fees.

Very professional and took the burden off of me by representing me for my first-ever speeding ticket. Able to avoid points on my license, as well as a hit to my insurance. Did 80 to pass someone on the interstate and continued doing 70, which is 10 above in the fast lane like 99% of people do and was pulled and charged for 20 over.
