I couldn't be more pleased with resolution of my ticket (was supposedly clocked doing 74 in a 55). They got my ticket reduced to "improper equipment", which is a nonmoving violation. So there is no boost to my insurance and no driving points on my record. Handled everything quickly, professionally, and took the worry out of potentially facing a court date.

Never thought that at the age of 57 that I would be pulled over for 'driving while black'. To top it all off the Sgt. trumped up additional charges which the attorneys of Banks Huntley saw right through. The officers only goal was ruin my day, caring nothing about me being a law-abiding combat veteran still serving in the reserves. All (he saw) was a black man driving a BMW that was probably stolen. Thank God I had a witness in the car and thank God for Banks Huntley!!
