I had an accident in July 2023 and needed an attorney to resolve this issue for me so that I would not get any points on my license. Mr. Huntley's office was referred to me by another attorney in Charlotte. When I called, Mr. Huntley was my first point of contact, he was professional and kind and was clear about the steps that I needed to take in order to get this matter resolved. His staff are very professional and kind too. If you send wrong information (I did), they will call you, so that Mr. Huntley is prepared for court on your behalf. Thank you Mr. Huntley! I highly recommend the Law Offices of Banks Huntley. I had contacted Banks around Christmas about a traffic ticket I had received and had a court date the first week in January. I wasn't sure if my ticket could be helped or reduced especially with a few weeks remaining. Banks contacted me the same day I left a message and he was very friendly and understanding. The process was very easy. He and his staff answered all my questions, and they were able to get my ticket dismissed. I am so glad I went with Banks Huntley.
