Above and beyond. Mr. Huntley worked with me when I was less than satisfied initially but he was able to get it done. He saved me so much time that I would’ve spent if I had to go to court myself. I know who to call for my next issue. I couldn’t be more impressed

Banks handled a traffic ticket in Albemarle for a family member and did a wonderful job.

Very professional. They were very fast and knowledgeable. Will definately use them again for any traffic violation.

I got a bad speeding ticket (28 miles over the limit). Lesson learned; will be much more mindful of speed limits forever. More importantly, Banks Huntley got my ticket dismissed outright. Miracle workers. I hope to never have to need them again, but if I do, this will be the only number I call.

I highly recommend the Law Office of Banks Huntley. My experience was A+ from beginning to end. I have handled everything online and on the phone. The fee that I was charged was definitely top tier compared to several offices that I called when looking for an attorney. My tickets were dismissed which I'm sure with charges I had because they weren't a simple tickets like driving without my license on me, wouldn't have been dismissed had I not obtain services. Hopefully I won't need services again but if life gets in the way and I need to, I will hire again. I also love the fact when I had my first call looking for an attorney, my call was with the attorney himself and not an assistant or paralegal so it saved me time from explaining my situation over. I will say when you call and you can't get through or you butt dial, the attorney definitely calls back the same day! I was at risk of insurance and license points. My side income was on hold due to pending charges. Did I say, I never had to step my one foot in the courthouse physically?
