Wow!! 5 stars ratings, awesome I thought. I contacted this firm about 2 weeks ago and was communicated with via email to explain my case. A response when then sent that they would like moor information after my follow up with another surgeon. I replied on April 1st, hoping if nothing else my consultation that's offered. Well, I have not received a response from JH or anyone else, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the surgeons names regarding this case. Maybe when the litigator stated to "contact legal aid", that was my clue. Nonetheless, I would have liked to speak with a "live" person, get some sort if understanding of what I'm dealing with. After all, you guys have a 5 ⭐ rating, geesh!!
