Mr. Roberts is an excellent lawyer who cares about his client and his clients family. I was so Blessed to have him as my son's lawyer. This was a hard time for me and my family and Mr. Roberts got us through it with the way he cared and worked so hard and accomplished so much for my son, he kept us informed of everything that was going on with my son's case. I recommend him highly. I have nothing but respect for him and I hold him in high regard. If you want a lawyer that's going to work hard for you and obtain the results you hope for I suggest that you hire Mr. Daniel P. Roberts. I Love this man. We love you Mr. Roberts. Has helped me many times over the years, Tim is awesome. Was always on top of things and constantly called and/or texted me with updates, not to mention he's just an all around good dude!

Please stay away. I hate to leave bad reviews , however this is a nightmare firm. Won't return calls/emails. Left me last minute and I had to hire an attorney last minute and pay 2-3x more than normal

I usually do not post reviews online, but as I was searching for this firms number to give to a friend I read a review that I think completely misleads you about this firm. When I first contacted this firm a couple of years ago I left a message for a lawyer to call me about a ticket I had and within an hour or so one called me and explained the entire process to me. About a year later I had another issue that needed the attention of a lawyer and I did not hesitate to call them. Every encounter I had with this office was like you would expect a lawyers office to be, I do not believe that anyone lied to me or mislead me in anyway. I was very happy with the results I got and if I ever need legal advice again I will call ( and as the case is here recommend them to a friend.)
