I'm so pleased with Legal Shield for connecting me with the Barnett Law Firm. We were treated very well by Tammy throughout the process. Update on 1/24/2023: This is the 2nd time I asked Mr. Barnett to help me with a traffic ticket. Unlike last time's erroneous ticket that Mr. Barnett helped me to dispute and dismissed, this time I did violate the traffic rule and got an expensive speeding ticket. Nonetheless, Mr. Barnett once again showed his skill and solved my problem --- the Court eventually dismissed the ticket after several delays. What better outcome could be! I also must Thank the assistant Ms. Tammy Horton who has consistently and continuously communicate with me to keep me informed throughout this year-long process. I received a traffic ticket (unsafe passing and improper turn which would carry 4 points on my diving record) on 7/16/2019. Though I strongly disputed the charge, I was new to Charlotte and I needed help. I searched internet and found out Mr. Kevin Barnett. I read the reviews carefully and I believed they are genuine. So I made a decision to go with his office. Ms. Tammy Horton who is very intellegent and efficient spoke with me first, gathered my information and relevant evidence, Mr. Barnett spoke to me later. After learning the circumstance of my ticket, he assured me he would try his best to get me out of this trouble. He didn’t promise me anything but his manner and tone gave me this confidence that he could do the job. They didn’t disappoint me at all. I have used Mr. Hatcher on several occasion amd all charges were dismissed. Very professional and treat you like your part od the family. And he is reasonably price. Especially for the amount of work he does. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great to work with. Kevin and team handled everything with very little of my time and a set price and were able to negotiate a much lower violation and fine for my traffic ticket. A highly recommend them!

I recently used this firm for a couple traffic violations. I did not speak to Kevin directly but I dealt with his legal assistant Tammy and she was incredibly helpful and kind. I completely dropped the ball and failed to pay them until an hour before my actual court date but they took care of me regardless. My court date got pushed back a month and my charges were dismissed. I will definitely use them for any legal issue I have in the future.

Great service, Kevin got my speeding ticket fine reduced, plus kept it off my driving record. This has no doubt saved me over $3500 by not having insurance premium increases.
