Had a dwi several years ago and was referred to Mr Barnett. He listened to what happened and gave his opinion on what to do. Gave me a set price (very reasonable) at the first meeting and went to work. After several months he got me out of the charge with no penalties or fines. Knows his stuff and knows the right people. Highly recommended if you need help. Worth every penny. Great guy.

Unfortunately, I made a foolish mistake and was charged with a DUI. I talked to several attorneys and the office of Kevin Barnett was obviously the best choice. Tammy H., is the most helpful supervisor and Mr. Barnett is truly a master at his career. I highly recommend this office and am eternally grateful I chose to go with this choice.

The best lawyer in Charlotte hands down. He worked with my very hectic schedule and saved my butt multiple times. He has VERY fair pricing for what he does for his clients. You'll be 110% at ease and satisfied with his services. You can even park in their parking lot at no cost when you have court if you hire him, it's only a minute walk away. He couldn't have made me case more convenient for me.

I commissioned Kevin Barnett to represent my son for his moving violation.. I was expecting to have it reduced, well Mr. Barnett was able to get it dismissed! I did everything through email with Tammy(who is AWESOME!) and it was so easy. Hopefully I won't have to go through this again, but if I do I will definitely use him again.
