Mr. Kevin L. Barnett is a God sent. About 2 years ago my husband was standing on the Mecklenburg Courthouse steps trying to figure out his traffic court citation when he spoke out loud and said " I need a lawyer" to himself and Mr. Barnett walked up and gave him, his business card ( true story)! My family has utilized his expertise every since. Its good to have an attorney who will honestly gave you, your options and let you decide whether to battle on your own, or send out your Bat signal (lol) and you relax and be Robin.

Mr. Barnett did a wonderful job at getting my speeding ticket changed to a non-moving violation AND a reduction in the associated fines/fees. This type of violation typically carries $263 in fines/fees; however, Mr. Barnett was able to get it reduced to $100. There was no negative impact on my driving record or insurance premium. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and super efficient. I would definitely recommend!

My husband was in a fairly serious collision with a commercial vehicle recently; we were referred to DeCurtin's law and I'm so happy they were able to help us. I work a lot of hours and did not have time to deal with the insurance company and doctors offices/bills, my husband was rattled from the accident due to a concussion and was not in a state to handle everything himself either. They made a stressful time as smooth as possible. They were flexible in both appointment times and scheduling, and communication methods(we were able to communicate and get quick responses via text, email, and phone call) I hope we don't have to use their services again, but I have referred friends already and will use them in the future if I need to.
